Math League - Instructions
Please read these instructions carefully before applying.
1. To enter:
- Fill in the online Application Form.
- Transfer the money.
Please note, that your school will not be registered if any of these two components are missing.
2. Fill in all mandatory fields in the online application form. All communication from our side will be done only via e-mail.
3. When transferring the money, please state clearly the name of the school and the country. There are many British Schools in the world and if you do not indicate the country we cannot find your payment.
4. Questions with answers will be sent to the schools that have completed the registration by e-mail in pdf format.
5. If you have not received the questions by 15th February 2012, please let us know immediately.
6. After you have received the questions it is the school’s responsibility to administer the test and supervise it. We leave it entirely to the school to choose the most convenient time to do it within the interval set – between 15th February till 25th of March 2012.
7. After the tests are completed, the schools mark the tests themselves. One point is awarded for each correct answer (unless otherwise is stated on the answer sheet). No marks should be given for the methods. The answer to the question should be given in the form stated in the question i.e. if it is written in a question ” give an exact answer”, then only the correct exact answer will receive one point.
8. The students who score 12 or more points as a total over three tests will be qualified for the ISMTF pins. The ISMTF Diplomas should be awarded to all participants.
9. If, by whatever reason, you have problems to access it, e-mail to tmorland999@yahoo.com, and we will send it to you by e-mail.
10. The ISMTF pins will be sent via UPS delivery service mail to all qualified schools immediately after all results have been received. This will cost 30 Euros per school.
11. The ISMTF Certificate of Participation will be sent at the same time via e-mail to all schools and it is expected that the schools will print and distribute the diplomas to their students.
12. There will be no refund after your registration is completed. The invoice could be sent upon request.
